Silicone rubber heat pads provide gentle heating in low temperature environments to eliminate moisture build-up in enclosures and cabinets and will also prevent the freezing process when fitted to equipment.
Our Tubular Heaters will be discontinued due to electrical compliance. Final orders will be accepted until 31st March 2025, subject to demand and material availability. All units must be sold to end users before the 16th June 2025. We are actively developing an alternative solution so keep an eye on the website for future updates.

Argus Heating can custom design and manufacture heat pads to suit your requirements.
These heat pads will give years of service if correct wattage is used and they are installed correctly.
Lower wattage pads (10 to 40 watt) are typically installed inside small to medium sized electrical cabinets as anti-condensation or temperature stabilisation heaters. Larger cabinets use higher wattage heat pads.
Our 10, 20, 30, or 40 watt heat pads can be adhered to a clean, flat metal surface using RTV Adhesive on one side of the pad, evenly spread.
The higher wattage heat pads (60 and 90 watt) must be firmly clamped in between to flat metal surfaces with no adhesive used. This ensures their generated heat will conduct and radiate off the metal surfaces.
They are not suitable to be installed against insulated metal walls; for example poly-panels - because the polystyrene insulation elevates the temperature excessively on the wall surface and will adversely affect the heat pads.
Installation Instructions are supplied with each pad and need to be followed.
